Morning
Of course, bottled water is de rigeur in Nicaragua. We are really going through it!
We are getting final printing done this morning after a long power failure last evening. Then it's off to the institute to begin the course!
Evening
We just got back to the hotel and had a debrief on the day. Very good day overall! Vern taught on the doctrine of God, and Steve taught on the Bible. There were some very interesting questions after the Bible session.
One of the high points of the day was having Arlen read the spanish subtitles as the video "Indescribable" was showing. You could really tell that it was dramatically affecting Arlen as he read. It was very moving.
We are now getting ready to go to the print shop with tomorrow's handouts, and then to eat dinner, study and rest.
New prayer request - that the bulb in the projector will hold out. We do not have a spare, and would probably need to go to Managua to get one if it doesn't last. We had a bit of a scare (and lots of praying going on!) when the bulb blanked out this morning without reason. We "rebooted" the projector and it went fine from there, so prayers were answered!
Tomorrow the schedule is Cairo for first 2 sessions (Man), Steve for sessions 3-4(Holy Spirit), and I have session 5 (Angels part 1).
Hasta luego,
Cassius
